How does it work?
We need certain information about you and your package. We also need to know when the package will arrive in our office.

2 Pay the forwarding fee
We need the payments before we disclose the address. We will send the instructions as soon as when we get your item. We will give you our shipping information and instructions via email. It is important to follow our instructions or the parcel might not reach us .
3 Give us the tracking number
Please organize the shipping of your box to our office. Send us the tracking number
4 Wait for our notification
We will send an email as soon as when we receive the item. We will prepare to ship your box and repack if necessary.
5 Receive shipping quotes
We will send you international shipping quotes. Please choose one.
6 Pay the international shipping fee
We will send you an invoice. Please pay as soon as you can !
7 Receive the tracking number
We will send you the tracking via email.

Conditions
1 Our rates are determined by box size, not by box weight. The standard box sizes for items are 60 cm, 80 cm, 100 cm, 120 cm, 140 cm and 160 cm.
2 If you do not know your box size, you can ask the store you bought from. In most cases Yamato / JP Post/ Sagawa will encircle the appropriate box size. We will base our charges on this label.

If there is no label available, we will base if off our own measurements when it arrives. You might have to top up.
3 We do not base our charges on the actual item size. Even if you ship using a padded envelope , we will apply the appropriate box size fee depending on the box size that fits your item.
If there is a discrepancy with the box size given to us and our actual measurement, we will honor our own measurements.
We do not consider cell ga, drawings, shikishi, photos, postcards, book marks and other paper items as documents. Only documents are considered documents.
4 The box sizes are per increments of 20 cm. If your box size falls in between the standard box sizes, it will be charged according to the higher box size.
For example if your box size is 62 cm, you will be billed according to 80 cm box size. If your box is 85, we will consider it 100 cm.
5 Multiple boxes are charged separately. Two boxes of size 60 cm will be charged as 60 cm x 2 , not 120 cm.
6 We reserve the right to refuse items.
7 Some items are restricted and cannot be shipped internationally. These include :
Airguns / Airsoft
Perfumes
Nail polish
Items with alcohol
Powerbanks
Items with lithium batteries
Flammable items
Fireworks
Animals
Fruits / Vegetables / Raw food
This is why you need to consult with us before payment. If you fail to disclose that there are restricted items in your box , we will not refund the domestic shipping fees and any cost incurred shipping the item to us and back to the store.
9 If we are unable to ship, we will refund you our forwarding rates but not any cost incurred in receiving and reshipping your item. You will need to provide a domestic shipping address within 3 days, including weekends and holidays. After 3 days we will charge storage, or dispose of your item. We will consume any fee before refunding you the excess *if any.
10 We do not store - everything has to be shipped as soon as when we get them . If you need to extend over 3 days, per day storage costs 10 USD per day (with VAT) including weekends and holidays. We will consume the unused forwarding fee in this case.
11 As long as there is a prior notice, we can consolidate items bought through Teresa's Toy Store. However if consolidating, we require shipping within 3 days.
12 We cannot receive boxes that have not been prepaid. If we are not expecting any item, we will not accept the delivery. This is why when joining lotteries or preordering items using our address, you need to let us know in advance. If the date is unknown ,we require an estimated shipping date and prepayment of the boxes based on estimated size. You might need to top up if the estimated size is wrong.
13 We can repack if the box is no longer suitable for international shipping . We will reinforce boxes if necessary. However, please understand we use recycled materials. If you need a special type of box (such as double walled boxes), you will need to pay additional for packaging materials.
14 We do not accept cash on delivery. All cash on delivery items are automatically rejected.
15 We do not provide phone numbers or phone verification services. If the store requires a phone number we will provide one but no one will pick up when someone calls.
